Hi, my name is Amanda Roberson Austin.  Together with my husband and fellow architect Bryan Austin, we started 2A architects in 2009.  For many years, the Midcoast region of Maine beckoned us to make this spectacular place our home.  After more than 22 years of combined experience in architecture, it was the right time to build our own firm in Rockport.  The firm joins my experience focused on a variety of commercial project types with Bryan’s experience in residential remodels and luxury home design.

2A architects, llc is a full service, Residential and Commercial Architecture firm located in Rockport, Maine.  We are dedicated to providing clients exceptional design that integrates sustainable practices and enhances our community.  Small or large project, new construction or renovation, our mission is to partner with our clients and bring their aspirations into beautiful form.

With a commitment to community and environment at the heart of the firm’s work, we are building 2A architects with a passion for listening to our clients and understanding their needs.  We are guided by a pledge to work in partnership with our superior local craftspeople to create architecture that will have longevity and be of great benefit to our clients.  By continuously fulfilling these responsibilities, our goal is to become the premier commercial and residential architecture firm in Midcoast Maine.
