My name is Helena Tlapak and I am the proprietor of HMT Cleaning & Staging.  I work for myself as the primary employee providing various cleaning services since 1990.  The services I provide include residential  home and office cleaning:   mopping, dusting, vacuuming and general tidiness.  In addition I can add services like washing windows, shampooing wall to wall carpets, and power washing exteriors such as decks and sidings.

Offering staging techniques to prepare homes for sale, for rent or for other special events is another service I proudly provide.  Staging focuses on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive product to aide in giving any home a more cohesive and serene atmosphere.

My clients describe me as dependable,  professional, and efficient, and I give references upon request.  I enjoy the work I do, and find reward in seeing the difference I make by simplifying my client’s lives.

HMT Cleaning & Staging serves the Camden, Rockport and Rockland area.   My work hours vary from dawn until dusk during the week and I tend to keep my weekends to myself, so I can spend time with my family.
