Hi, my name is Avi Good. I am the general manager, sales person and bookkeeper of Michael Good Jewelry in Rockport. But check back with me, my hat and responsibilities change from hour to hour, a common occurrence in small business.
Michael Good Jewelry is a retail establishment of jewelry, fine crafts, sculpture, and art. We can do repairs and cleaning for contemporary or antique jewelry. In addition, we are happy to help with custom jewelry designing. Michael, my father and founder, also sells his jewelry, one of a kind designs wholesale to other retail vendors in the country.
Customer service is our number one priority. We want to ensure customers have complete knowledge about what we make and sell BEFORE they purchase. This way we know they are choosing the piece that is exactly right for them IF they decide to make a purchase. We also love to be able to inform and educate customers without them feeling like they have to make a purchase.
We love bringing innovative, original, and unique artists on board in our store. We love their work and are proud to sell it with Michael’s.
Michael Good Designs has been in business since 1979, incorporated in the mid 1980’s, and opened the gallery in 2000. We serve visitors from near and far. Michael Good jewelry is sold nationally, we often see aficionados of his work from across the country. Locally, customers visit us regularly from all over the state.
