I’m Nicole Recht, a massage therapist, doula and founder of the Hands of Change Holistic Center in Camden, Maine. I offer a personalized blend of deep tissue and Swedish massage with trigger point therapy, tailored to your individual needs.

Nicole studied massage at the Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH and graduated in 2002. A year after moving to Camden, she established the Hands of Change Holistic Center in downtown Camden in 2005. The center has become a collaborative resource for the healing arts, with practitioners offering shiatsu, nutrition counseling and Ayurvedic counseling, in addition to therapeutic massage. It is conveniently located right in downtown Camden at 28 Washington Street, next to Eric’s Barber Shop.
Nicole heads a team of massage therapists who offer massage seven days a week, from 9am to 7pm by appointment only. Therapeutic massage is available both in the downtown Camden holistic center and at inns in the greater Camden area.
